Floatron NZ Ltd will remain the sole and absolute owner of these goods/services until such time as the agreed price on the goods/services has been paid in full to Floatron NZ Ltd. Failure by the customer to make payment by the due date will result in the customer being liable for any and all expense, legal costs, interest and/or collection costs. Freight prices quoted are for delivery within New Zealand only.

Any vacuum requested on a trial basis must be returned within 10 days of being sent, if for some reason it does not work in your pool. Items not returned within 10 days will be deemed accepted to work and therefore purchased by you, whether payment has been made, or is pending. Any item returned must be cleaned, dried and in original condition & packaging. Parts damaged or lost will be charged to you. Freight cost for delivery and return is to be paid by you.

Floatron Inc (USA) guarantee its water purifiers to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase. If the unit develops a problem within this period, the faulty part or assembly will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Electrode wear and tear is not covered. Contact Floatron NZ Ltd for information and service. Do not return the unit without authorisation.
Floatron NZ Ltd guarantee that this product will work within 60 days (of purchase date) or the purchase price will be refunded (less P&P). Guarantee applies to units used in NZ only. Should a problem arise, contact Floatron NZ Ltd within this 60-day period. Do not return the unit without authorisation and instruction. Any unit returned must be cleaned and undamaged, in original condition & packaging.

Not covered by this guarantee are:

  1. Conditions resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alternation or disassembly.
  2. Conditions arising from departure of the recommended instructions and application.
  3. Units for use in any other application than outdoor swimming pools or ponds/water features with suitable pump/filtration systems.
  4. Units previously used, or sold as ‘demo’ or second hand units.
  5. Floatron units purchased from any independent distributor. Units must have been purchased directly from Floatron NZ Ltd.
  6. Units purchased for use in any country other than New Zealand.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management. Floatron NZ Ltd is not obliged to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
In the case of faulty or damaged goods we will clearly meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a speedy remedy. This would usually mean that we will repair or replace the damaged or faulty goods at no extra cost and, in some circumstances, we may refund the purchase price of the product but not the shipping charges.
